Camber kit recommendation! HELP

I have owned a few civics and they all wear the tires on the inside. It got worse when I put on some 17''. Even after i got the car aligned it still chewed the inside tread. Ive got a 93 civic coupe. Wanted suggestions on whether to get the adjustable ball joints or new control arms that have an adjustable camber angle. I need to get the best reliablity out of the new part and to stop buying new tires!

I would get the control arms, but I know they are more expensive. The control arms are more direct adjustments.
