1st post here so be gental.
I have a 92 civic hatchback with a 1.5 vtec,and a 5 speed.
Im making this into an offroad circle track racer.
What wires do I need to keep to start and run the engine? Leaving the alternator on and there is no power stearing

Ignition, fuel injectors, crank sensor, vtec wires, oil pressure sensor, water temp, front o2 sensor, probably some other things as well
If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

If you wanna disconnect wires, you probably won't be needing headlights and turn signals
