91 civic head light removal

Ok so I am stumped as to what I am missing to get my headlights out and swap them for some projector head lights that I got from EBay. I have removed everything that I can see on the top and sides that may be holding the bracket in place and yet it seems there is some hidden bolt or something underneath of the assembly. I have tried reading the haynes and chiltons manuals but that was no help and I have also tried crawling underneath the car which was also pointless. Any ideas?

Remove the front bumper cover to find the rest of the headlight hardware.
