removing remote start.. now windows wont work.

hey guys,
so i got my 1995 hatch a few months ago and it came with a viper remote start/ keyless entry kit in it.. several times my car has started by my keys hitting something in my pocket.. no big deal until my ebrake needs to be replaced and my car is left in gear to prevent rolling. i know that i didnt NEED to remove my remote start but i just didnt like the idea of it, bc it lead to my car being driven into a tree in front of my house, aswell as tapping into my garage door a few times. so i decided i really dont need it.

the other day i began taking the kit out and fixing the ghetto wiring and i guess my windows were rewired to make my power locks function. unfortunately the guy used a bunch of splices of different colored wires in order to make them reach..? so i pulled out my haynes manual and checked the wiring diagram but i am not that great with wiring diagrams. i believe it shows that the blue/green and blue/yellow wire are supposed to be wired from driver side to passanger. not a problem. my question comes with the white/yellow wire on the driver side. the manual shows it going to fuse#5 on the fusebox, ending with a little "s" looking thing on the end of the wire.. does this mean ground? or is it supposed to be wired to the fuse box? same goes with the blue/black wire also on driver side.

ive done research and i cant find anything!!! ive been searching for where the other end of this wire popps up and it doesnt!

any help would be appreciated. or pictures.. lol thanks:hithead :
