Wipers won't stop. WTF.

I've got a 1993 Honda Civic. I bought it in really good condition except just recently the windshield wipers won't stop. I have to take out to #20 fuse, which also controls the sunroof and power windows, to make the wipers stop. The wiring looks ok...any suggestions?

Wiper Arm parking mechanism in the wiper motor is faulty. Wiper motor needs replacing.
If you can't get the motor only then you have to replace the complete motor linkage assembly.
