Rep Power: 0 1993 No Sound From Speakers
I bought new rear speakers today and was installing them. I took the factorys out and then put in one of the rears, turned the battery on, and everything was great. I put the other speaker on, then turned the car on again. The sound was great for about 4 seconds and then all the speakers shut off, even in the front. Anyone know what could cause this? I've checked every fuse and they're all fine. I don't know where to go from here. Thanks

Is it a factory headunit and factory replacement speakers? The new speakers could have been trying to pull more current then the headunit could produce and fried it. Everything may still work but you could end up with no sound. Also, it sounds silly but the wires could have been placed on the speakers backwards but unsure if you would have had the same problems. And make sure that everything isn't lost by replacing the rear speakers with factory to see if things don't get better.
