Ok i know this is my first post but i really need some help. The problem is my 95 civic's speedo works intermitently but for the most part it doesnt work and i have got 2 speeding tickets for it now. I have changed the VSS Vehicle Speed Sensor and have pulled the dash out and tightened all of the connections on the back of the cluster. Took it out for a drive and boom it was working and then as soon as i get around the block it stops working again. I am getting really frustrated and i am a DIY'er and usually figure stuff out on my own. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this i would be eternally grateful.
