Electrical lighting issue.
Good evening everyone. I need help. I own a 1995 Honda Civic coupe. When blinkers are used either left or right blinker. All blinkers front and back flash. Also when blinkers are used the clock and A/C and heating control will flash as well. When lights are switched to on. The blinkers front and back stay constant on. I need to fix this problem, because my 15 yr old son wants this to be his first car. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Start looking for wiring diagrams. Might be a short, might be the flasher relay, might be in the steering column.
