Secondary fuse box problem

I have a 93 ej2 coupe with a jdm b20b swap and my secondary fuse box was moved to the floor on the passenger side. I would like to relocate it, is it safe to just unplug and replug in a better location. Also is there any issues if I unplug the ecu and replug it to move it aswell as it’s on the floor to.

Disconnect the battery before you unplug stuff just to be safe
