So I randomly get a CEL while driving and with the paper clip in the cel just does a short flash once over and over I thought this meant code 1 02 sensor A and I replaced that, but the code still comes back. Can somebody tell me what this code means if I was wrong?

Does it flash without the paperclip in? Flashing normally indicates a misfire.

no it doesnt flash without the paper clip in when the cel comes on while driving it just stays solid and when you turn the car off and back on it usually doesnt come on untill a little later on. With the paper clip in then it just flashes quickly once over and over

It'll do something like a series of slow flashes, followed by a series of quick flashes. You need to count them which will correspond to a code (i.e 4-3, 4 being slow flashes and 3 being quick flashes)

I feel like it has something to do with the connection the 02 sensor has to the ecu but I have no idea how to even check that. Ive tried going to the ecu and pushing the wires down to make sure there in all the way lmao but im not sure how to check if my ground or something like that is bad.
