A/C idler rattle

Hey all, my mechanic recently did some work on my '95 EX and replaced my A/C tensioner pulley in the process, but the new one rattles like hell and is super annoying while driving. I took it in to get it rectified twice but they tell me they don't hear it. Any ideas for fixes? WD-40 doesn't do jack. Verified the noise with a screwdriver to the ear...it's for sure the one

Put a different one on? Try a better quality part

Or take it back to the mechanic who did the work and make them fix it.

I took it back twice already and they told me they couldn't hear the noise. I get that it isn't their daily but it makes a racket. Won't be going there again
