Okay so problem and I'm at my white end figuring it out. 93 civic ex 1.6l wont start replaced, distributor assembly, fuel injectors,spark plugs and wires, new starter and new ignition control module. No idea why it still wont start. Turn key and go to start it and it's just that like it wants to start but doesn't noise..... checked ignition relay and ecu fuse also under hood

Did you put in an aftermarket distributor?
put in an OEM one from the junkyard

You sure it's an OEM one? How much was it? Up here a new oem dizzy would be worth as much as the car

Yes it's a spectra part and still doesn't help to know why no spark. Tested distributor components and they tested fine.

So can you please tell me what the difference is between going to a junkyard and pulling a crappy one off a car and buying a brand new one is.......the distributor tests perfect.....so not seeing how that could be an issue

Honda's don't like aftermarket electronics, especially distributors, alternators, and sensors. Lots of people come on here with problems that are fixed by removing the aftermarket part and putting an OEM one on. Find a car that looks like it was wrecked, then you know that the engine was running before the car went to the junkyard
