Idk what the issue or issues are but I got the starter and alternator tested there both good. Just bought a new battery so it’s not that. I’m not really knowledgeable about Honda’s but the lights do come on if I take the terminals off and on and I’ll try to crank it over and the lights don’t come back on I’ll have to mess with the terminals again to have the dash lights come on

So there's a bad connection somewhere. Make sure everything is clean tight and shiny. I had one car where the bad connection was where the wire came out of the terminal clamp. If you get someone to try cranking the car and start feeling the wires you might be able to feel the bad connection because it will be warm

My first guess would be the actual switch the ignition key turns.

If called the “steering” switch and you can test the contacts pretty easily.
