clutch pedal mount is cracking on my 1990 civc I've welded it twice, but it's really hard to get to. My question is, does anybody know if the pedal mount is removable? It appears to be bolted on, but when i tried to remove it, it seemed to be spot welded on. It looks like the dash and steering column must be removed to get to it. Does anyone have a similar experience?
