d15b2, skipp and no power
I have a 91 Honda civic with 1.5 non vtec, developed a skip with loss of power. It idles fine, just wont accelerate ver 25. pulled the code, old style flashing light, 15 flashes, looked it up and is says Ignition out put signal. What would cause this? any help would be greatly appreciated
