84 Honda Civic puffing smoke out of carb
Hi, I recently broke my radiator while driving so I left it parked for a day then dropped in a new radiator. Now, after I have the new radiator set up, I go to turn on the 84 Civic and what happens is the car sounds like it is going to start but it doesn't. And every so often the carb with puff white smoke. I'm not sure what is is what it could be or how to fix it. Does any of y'all have any ideas?

Pull the plugs out, if any are wet see if it is antifreeze.
