No AC = Idle Fail?

I've been battling a fluctuating idle after the car warms up. Sometimes it give me a code for the IACV and then settles down. This sound like the ECU is getting a bad signal and then defaulting to the nominal value the IACV should be open.

I've changed the IACV, coolant temp switch and the ECU, so they're not it.

I've noticed now that the AC doesn't come on when I push the button. The fans by the radiator also do not come on.

I know one of the signals the ECU uses to bump the IACV open is the AC switch.

Anybody have a schematic for a 90 civic dx automatic. Maybe I'll get lucky and the AC fail is also causing the idle fail.

Thanks kevin
