i have '94 Civic Coupe. the CEL is on and I don't know why. I've consulted my Hayne's for the code reader on the car (the port that you jumper to have the CEL flash with the codes) and when I did what it told me to do and i didn't get any flashes. My engine runs fine after it starts up. It is a pain to get it started though. I have to crank it several times and push on the gas to get it going. Any ideas on what it might be. Let me know if you need more information.

Have you cleaned your throttle body or IACV recently? If not I would suggest starting there.
