hi everyone. i'm new here and need some help. my sons civic won't start, it's got spark, fuel, and compression. all valves are opening and closing by looking at them with the valve cover off. has the old girl jumped time ? timing belt also looks good with no broken coggs.

yes it's cranking, no check engine lights, and no noise.
