Wont pass smog!! Bone stock 1993 honda civic ex Hey i have a bone stock 1993 HONDA CIVIC EX D16Z6
rebuilt head, new belts, new plugs and wires, tune up done, timing, new o2 sensor, new cat, new thermostat, new dizzy
failed smog twice and i am to my last resort i need to pass with an undertable smog.. can any one help me out or refer me to any members..?
all inputs are much appreciated
