HELP.. 1993 civic.. where do I start??

it idles high, surges at random times, dash lights work when they want. and sometimes it just wont start. I have moved wires' unplugged sensors, just reset and checked for codes, and engine light stayed on, no code given... HELP!!!!

Re: HELP.. 1993 civic.. where do I start??

checked fuses?? clean throttle body...check grounds...any chance you have a little more detail as to the issues you are having..

idle high at start? all the time? while driving?
Dash lights work at first and shut off...flicker alot?
how do you get it to start...when it doesnt start what does it do or not do..(and start is not the response i am looking for LOL)
how did you pull codes? have a shop do it for you next time?
