The name you said means nothing. Can you be more specific?
If you meant "throttle position sensor", it was never available by itself from Honda. You had to buy the entire throttle body to get it. Discontinued part, not available.
This TPS sensor CAN be replaced, you just have to find one and figure out how to change it. A quick google came up with this: http://www.iapdirect.com/honda-acura...ensor-tps.html
