93 civic ex NA
Idle issue. Once warmed up fluctuates from 800 to 1200 RPM, only in park or neutral. Replaced FITV and IAC, no change. Checked TPS with meter. Ohmed Ok during movement by hand. With voltage applied it appears OK when moved by hand. When the motor is running the voltage fluctuates with the change in idle only the throttle plate is not moving. I've bleed the coolant system several times and have done other suggested vacuum leak checks to no avail, I suspect something might be flakey with the TPS but can't quite convince myself.
