stuck crank bolt

hello iv got me a 92 honda civic 4 door and iv got a problem the crank shaft pully as come loose and cant tighten or loosein to fix any thing i can do

A lot of times an impact won't do it. Hit it with penetrating oil the night before. Block the flywheel from turning. Then use as big a cheater bar as you can find on your breaker bar. I use a fence post and stand on the radiator support and fender and crank on that sucker as hard as I can. If that won't do it, get an extension long enough to come outside the fender so as to get better leverage.
