94 honda civic cx hard to start hot or cold
I have a 94 civic cx. When I go to start it, it cranks for a while and then sputters to life. Doesn't matter if the motor is cold or hot. Once started it runs just fine. I recently changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, cap & rotor, plugs & wires, and the coolant temp sensor that goes to ecu (cel). The old plugs looked like the car was running lean. I have checked for spark and fuel pressure and they seem to be just fine. Any ideas of what it could be would be much appreciated. Could a bad IACV cause this?
