P28 auto no R18 rsistor?

P28 auto no R18 rsistor?
Basically I get this code 19 and I'm assuming it's an Auto ECU obviously but when I opened it up to convert it to manual theirs no R18 resistor to remove and jumper?

It looks untouched for sure definitely factory. So why am I getting this code?

Should I remove R17 anyways?

Yes thats the code so why isn't there a RP18 Resistor if this is a P28 L50 Automatic computer???

Never mind just went ahead and removed RP17 and no more CEL .. But still curious as to why it didn't have a RP18 resistor.
