Rear wheel locked help plz
This morning I started my 91 crx as normal. I let it warm up as I began to pull off I notice a scraping noise from the rear passenger side like there was box or something under the car,notice smoke and the smell of rubber.When I looked under the car there was nothing but there were tire skid marks ebrake was off.What could cause this NEED HELP!!
