Hello everyone, I am new on here and have some questions!
I bought my daughter a 2001 Accord 4 years ago and it was an absolute amazing car. The thing still had low mileage and never had any problems. Well about 2 weeks ago she rolled it 2 times and totaled it out. It had every possible option on it and the exterior is destroyed. It will still start, the car only had 98k miles on it with no engine or transmission problems.
I had to buy another car for her so I bought her a 2001 Civic. It has a few issues, the CEL is on and it says it is Bank1 O2 Sensor, The Temperature gauge does not work at all and the speedometer is off by 15 mile an hour slower, the brake lite on the dash instrument panel comes on but when you use the brakes it goes back off.
I also wanted to know if the parts from the 2001 Accord 4 door 4 cylinder will work on this 2001 Civic hatch 4 cylinder? Things like engine, trans, sensors, or anything.
All of you help will be greatly appreciated.

usually accord and civic parts will not match. for the cel, just get a new primary oxygen sensor. i can give specifics but i dont know if you have an ex, lx, or dx. and you say hatch, but i dont think they made any for that year. any pics? brake light usually means the brake fluid is low, possibly from the pads being worn out. for the gauges, you may just need to swap out the whole instrument cluster. they are usually $50 on ebay but try to find one with the correct mileage so it matches your car.
