New member and i have a few questions
i got a 1990 civic and im having trouble finding the parts that i want for it im not trying to make it faster or anything just want to make it look cool so i wanna get projector housings for my headlights with halo's but when i went to the flea market to see them the halo's were so dim u could barely see them and ive seen some pretty bright halo's how would i achieve that?? any particular brands that are brighter than others? and i also wanna get hid's would i have to get 2 kits one for my hi's and one for my low's or is there 1 kit that can do them both? any help would be appreciated

If you want to do cool looking things I suggest not starting at a flea market but I DO understand exactly what you mean when you say they were really dim. I had the same headlights (projectors) with the built in halos and they weren't too bad but the only way to get a bright halo are the DIY kits

just an example site where you actually have to bake your headlight, pull it apart and install the halos yourself. I've had awesome results with those kits. As far as HID's in the projectors when ordering the Projector kit you wanna make sure the bulbs can be removed from the housing cause again on my 04 civic when I had the projector halo combo headlight that I bought you could not get the headlight out because it was just built into the headlight (big downer) cause I couldn't swap out HID's. ALSO the projector bulbs are a different type so if you get projectors you will have to find out the bulb type so that you can order the correct hid kit cause if you look up the bulb type for a 1990 civic on like sylvania.com it will tell you something like 9005 but with a projector it will probably be something like an h4 or so. Anyways hope this info helps. Good luck on your search and if you follow these directions you WILL be more than happy with the results
