Replacing the washer fluid reservoir

I have a 1993 Civic SI, and I recently cracked the washer fluid reservoir, and I wanted to know if there is any way I can replace it without removing the bumper.

bumper must come off, theres no other way to get to the bolts holding it to the body and have enough room to pull the tank.

on a 93 si... i say take it out. and leave it out.

Only one problem with that. It's spring, and I need to see out my windshield... snow is melting here. Thanks for the help guys.
