Help, my Honda Civic 95 won't start!

Hi,

I have a 1995 Honda Civic LX, 4 door, automatic. All of a sudden, my car is not starting. It is turning but it is not catching. I tried to change the starter plugs and noticed that 3 of the 4 plugs were in dark oil. I still managed to change them, but the car still did not start. I am not sure what to do now. Can anyone shed some ligh on this problem?

Does this happen kind of randomly? Sometimes it always seems to work and others it doesn't? Could be the fuel pump relay located under the dash.
