I've noticed a common theme amongst the Civic Threads, and truth be told there is no prim and proper video or step by step explanation on how to help with simple cosmetic things. Rust, dents, scrathes, and damaged parts are an issue that is not farfetched to fix, repair, and if absolutely needed replaed. In my youtube videos i give a good brief explanation as to how to go about these repairs, and then execution. To answer some of the questions we should first start with the rear bumper.

To Remove a Honda Civic DX 6th gen rear bumper:

1 locator bolt on each side end of the quarter, beginning of bumper on the inner lip of the wheel well. There is a mounting bracket where the bumper sits (one each side)
5 clips under your trunk lid (open trunk, clips are right there waist level)
Few Large obvious clips underneath parallel to the 5 above.

How to Repair Quarters:
if you ordered new ones like i did, great! its cut out simple weld around traditional bodywork. If not as straightforward as cut and replace, attempt to create metal pathes to weld or fiberglass in. its better than nothing BUT i created patches around the quarters i purchased and installed due to the immense rust.
