I've just bought my first Honda, a 1999 Civic EX coupe. I'm planning on buying an Injen short ram and a Apexi N1 Catback for it soon. I love the look of the car below, not sure whose car it is or I would give credit. Can any of you tell me what exterior modifications he did to get the car to look like this? Its not too different from stock, looks like just foglights, side skirts, and a new grille. Anybody know what grille that is?

From what I can tell Exterior wise, (not counting the rims) it's a stock bumper with fog lights installed. He replaced the grill. Nothing too fancy.

And she looks lowered about 2 inches
