Hello, im new to this electrical and wiring on cars so please go slow for me.

i got this spec d fog lights that goes for 99-00 civics. you will see here:

i know where most of the harness goes except this 2 brown ones.
theres 3 brown harness.
1 (male) of them connects to the 2 fogs.
1 male harness
1 female harness

does the other male harness connects under the steering next to the fuse?
and how about the female?
which wires connects to battery?

then theres this yellow wire which im pretty sure its a ground.
