PG6B pistons in the d16y8?

I've used the search function and couldn't find what I was looking for.

Currently trying to blueprint an all motor setup and found PG6B to be the best contender for the ideal C/R of around 11:1.1
However with that comes the next question, will stock valves have proper clearance with the pistons? And what will be the ideal supporting mods? (Currently thinking of a stage 2 cam and a home port/polish.)

Any insight would be appreciated. Big power is not the goal here. I still gotta daily the car, but I'm weighing my options before I go through with the engine and trans rebuild.

I'd consult d-series.org - they're the experts with that stuff. I think that's a bit beyond the area of expertise of anyone here.
