General rule of thumb, if that generation of car came with that engine it will fit.
Again, what are you trying to accomplish? Give us specifics

Because I have a classic old car and I want to fit the D16 engine to it.

frame says D16yz i think and what I have is D16y

Sorry mine is D16Y7 and frame says D16y4 or D16z6

It’ll fit, but you’ll need the ECU and wiring harness from a D16Y7. The chassis you have is also OBD1, and the D16Y7 is OBD2. The D16Z6 is also VTEC, the Y7 is not.

Physically those are all the same, but they are fundamentally different engines on the inside.
