99 non vetch to 00 vtec swap
I have a 99 civic 4dr lx 1.6 non vtec that looks like crap but runs good. I found a nice 2000 civic ex 2dr with a bad motor. Can I or should I switch the motor and transmission over to the newer car or use parts to make the engine that runs a vtec? I’m just trying to flip the car honestly and don’t really care about performance. I will have less than a grand invested in everything.
