Automatic to manual conversion

Does anyone know of a reputable shop that can convert an automatic transmission 99~00 Civic hatchback into a manual 5 speed tranny mated to a B18C engine swap? Is this procedure hard to accomplish?

I'm trying to do the same exact thing a 2000 civic lx and swap in a manual b18c w tranny. Let me know if you get more info
