Supernewb's B16 Turbo Build

So Ive started my build, on a stock block decidedly, and here is my list:

CX racing (ebay) turbo kit t3/t4
38mm (8psi) wastegate
FMIC
All supporting piping, return oil lines, etc.
NGK brk6 spark plugs and wires
AEM high flow fuel rail
550cc injectors
Chipped p28 ECU
Fresh stock valvetrain

What i did not get, but was tempted to:
3 Bar map sensor (ive read that the stock map sensor can read up to 11psi and i only plan to run 8psi)
Walbro 255 fuel pump (ive also read that the stock fuel pump can idle properly with up to 720cc injectors)
Eagle Rods (willg et eventually)
Cp pistons 8.1 (will get eventually)
Fidanza aluminum lightweight flywheel ( should I?)

After my build is complete I will be headed to the local DYNO tune shop.

Am I missing anything that is utterly important?

Ive heard mixed reviews about t3/t4 EBAY setups, im not going for crazy power, just a fun street car. Are they really that bad? I plan on using 5W30 full synthetic, is that what everybodys running with thier turbo setups?
