Messed up my d16y8 engine help on swap.
I ran my car with low oil levels and it didn't turn out so well. ended up seizing my engine. Atleast thats what it sounds like. sounds like rattling metal then crrkerker----turns off..
Anyways I'm thinking about replacing the d series 113k mile engine for a b series engine, Im no mechanic so i'll be taking it to someone who is.
**I would like to know the things that are needed for a swap like this, any mods or anything like that and how much i should pay for the engine aswell as the labor. if its possible.** Much appreciated thanks.
