Getting frustrated

Getting frustrated with this swap! I put a 97 GS-R engine into my 98 civic lx. The car will crank and act like it wants to start but doesn't. I have fuel and spark and compression. The wiring harness has 2 connectors by the strut tower where as the lx only has 1. I'm getting really angry. Do I need to pull the wiring harness and the fuse block ? The wiring harness almost seems to run under the sill plates
