What managment to run on my turbo si
So i have a 1999 civic si. I am about to turbo it but i am wondering what management i need so i can still pass emissions. Because an obd2 can not be reprogrammed and an obd1 will not let me pass so what should I do?

I am thinking about running hondata s200 but i don't know if that will let me pass
emissions.

Do emissions first then put the turbo on. And then go AEM EMS, or hondata I say.

The best honda management available is neptune. Its now available in a self tuning version.
