Camber Question

Anyone know whats a good camber setting for the front and back wheels for the best traction?

do you mean traction at corners or forward? What do you use the car for?
If autoX, the most camber you can get without loosing too much acceleration and braking, daily driving just keep stock, road racing uses less than autoX.

Camber is the second most important angle/measurement that results in tire wear (Toe-in is the first). If you de-camber the car, and lower it, you will certainly cause uneven tire wear, and additionally cause handling problems beyond what you will incur as a result of lowering the car.
If you have particularly wide tires, the more off-zero you go, either positive or negative, the more tire wear and instability you will experience.
I even the wear everytime i do an auto-X, so do not matter much. One autoX and the outside will wear much more than a month dailydirving of 30 miles both ways.
