whats the difference between Lowering Springs and Coilovers?

a guy i know said he will sell me all 4 for 70 bucks (lowering springs) 130 and he would install them.

I just wanna know if lowering springs are a good investment. and how reliable they are. OR are coilovers a best inverstment.

coilovers ARE the best investment... coilovers are basically a match spring and strut combo...coilovers are adjustable... each has its own range... coilovers produce a better ride quality.. although some people prefer lowering springs due to their cost and look...

if your relle intersted i have a set of skunk 2 coilovers on kyb-agx shocks that im selling... but anyways.. i hope that helped

Doubtful. For ride comfort, a progressive spring (lowering springs) will generally give a more comfortable ride than a straight rate spring (coilovers).

really.. i always thought that s-techs and b&G setups are the most cmfortable drive?

The s-techs are progressive springs and the B&Gs have a helper spring, which improves ride comfort.

I have lowering springs.
I can't tell you much but I heard that everytime you adjust your coilovers (lower or higher) you need an alignment job. I don't know if that's true.
