Civic 2000, left front blinker sometimes doesn't work

Civic 2000, left front blinker sometimes doesn't work
Hi,
I have weird problem in my Civic Vi 2000. It's 1.4 iS (european).
Sometimes left front blinker stop working.
Today for example, it was working when I was starting my trip, was driving some on bumpy road and all of sudden it has stopped working. I get out of the car, hit the front lamp and it starts working again.
Then I'm standing at red light, works correctly, and stop working all of sudden. Driving 200 meters further and it starts working correctly.
Usually the fix is to hit the lamp, but very rarely it doesn't work either. Problem is only with front left blinker.
I have checked if there is nothing loose with the wiring going to blinker, but everything looks ok.
It doesn't matter if it's sunny or rainy week (hot/cold either ;-))
Fuses should not be a problem, because hitting the light wouldn't fix it.
Any suggestions?
