I just bought a 01civic for my sons first car. After you drive it and shut it off it wont do anything intil a little while later. I get nothing no lights or anything, after twenty min or so it acts like nothing happend and starts right up and runs fine. He thought it was abattery but its fine and new. Has to be elec just not sure were to start any ideas? Thanks

I'd get a volt meter and check the battery, positive and ground connections. If the car is completely dead, it sounds like a battery thing. You can check both fuse boxes too just to be sure.
