interior dome light does not work

interior dome light does not work
My daughters 97 Civic DX cabin light quit. The bulb is ok but I can not find the #30 fuse to check. I have pulled each 7 1/2 amp fuse under the dash and visualy inspected it. All looked ok.
I checked the wiring at the door switch and there was no current.
If it was a bad wire it would have blown a fuse?
Where else can I check?

Did it quit all together or does it work via the switch and not door or door but not switch etc etc...
