the socket piece that goes into the knock senor. the senor is the 1 located underneath the intake manifold. the insert that plug into the main electrical system got ripped off and am tyring to replace it but idk what its called so i can look 4 the price

I'd be asking for a harness pigtail and connector that fits whatever the item is.

so i would have 2 change the whole thing instead of just replacing the plastic piece becuase the wire is still intacted its just that the plastic piece fell off

No, you could use just what you need.......but it would cost an arm and a leg to get it that way.
That's why I said to go to a junkyard and chop off what you need. Then you can simply splice the wire and plug it on the sensor.

alrite that what i was trying to do but i didnt have ne luck i guess ill keep trying c how my luck holds up.
