custom gauge light problem

custom gauge light problem ok so i have had these custom gauge lights for about 6 months working no problem after i installed them. Now they don't work along with the dash lights. I put a new fuse in and it blows out as soon as a put it in. i've done this a few times and they always blow out. Anyone had the same problem or could help me out on how to fix this problem.
