Break lite help

I have a 92 civic ex ,please bere with me on the explenation, just last night, when the car was turned off. The two break lights on the fenders were still on, and the rear light on the trunk is on too. I checkeded all the fuses under the strearing wheel, and under the hood. the fuses are good. Is there anything I am missing?

Re: Break lite help

its very rare but some times when a bulb blows it will make a grounding connection and power the system. I've only seen it once though. Try pulling each bulb at a time and see if the light go out. Also check your brake switch. Disonect it. If the lights go out your switch is bad. Deff sounds like a grounding problem.
